Creekside Sponsors a Visit from Phoenix the Bald Eagle to Portland Elementary School

Creekside was able to sponsor a visit from Phoenix the bald eagle to Portland Elementary School! On their last day of school the students at Portland were able to meet Phoenix because Creekside won first place in a story submission contest with the computer software company named, “It’s Never 2 Late”. Creekside utilizes this computer software program for the benefit of our members; it allows us to visit foreign cities, play the famous Wheel of Fortune, fly airplanes, leads us in exercises, and we can view live webcams of polar bears, pandas and other animals.

We are thankful that Creekside has this opportunity to treat the students at Portland Elementary School to a live and “talkative” bald eagle!
