Cooking with the Chefs

You can always expect a crowd when Chefs Jamie and Geoff hold a cooking demonstration at Creekside.  They audience knows that they are not only going to learn how to cook something new, but that they will be entertained by these two humorous fellows.  This time they were demonstrating how to make salmon patties with “fresh” and not canned salmon.  Of course the best part of all was when the sample plates were passed around and the cooks received their well deserved praise.
