Creekside Community Members Partner with LifeHouse Crisis Maternity Home

Since December 2013 we’ve partnered with LifeHouse Crisis Maternity Home, and offered volunteer opportunities for our members to assist them. The past few months our members have made; homemade laundry detergent for them and no sew blankets for the babies.

One of our members has taken this cause to heart and during the winter she made a dozen burp cloths for the babies. She also put together quilts which we donated to the center. Our quilter was able to come and visit the center and was appreciated for her quilt. We have another member who is currently working on a baby scarf which we will be able to donate soon!
