Purple John Fundraiser For Alzheimer’s

Creekside team members and Community Members kicked off our “Walk to End Alzheimer’s” fundraising efforts with “Purple John”. When “Purple John” is placed in a yard of one of our Community Members, for a donation of at least $5.00 they may choose the next yard it is placed in.

Our first Community Member was Peg Roda, who is always willing to walk or help Creekside raise money for the “Walk to End Alzheimer’s”. Peg lost her husband Richard who had been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s last year. Peg donated and has chosen the next yard but, asked to keep “Purple John” in her yard for a few days.
