Creekside Leadership Retreat

Creekside at Elfindale’s Leadership Team gathered for a two day retreat at Murfreesboro Arkansas. During the two day retreat, time was spent on evaluating current processes, future processes and how to smoothly implement upcoming changes. In addition, the team discussed ways to improve Serving, Integrity, Teamwork, and Excellence, as well as other ways to demonstrate our VISIONS Quality of Life, Quality Care, Excellent Teams, Outstanding Facilities, Quality Reputation, and Stewardship. This focus allowed us to plan and strategize implementation for the next fiscal year. However, it wasn’t all just work! Team building also requires fun. Together through this journey, we enjoyed the company of each other, built ab muscles as a result of all of the laughter, developed a stronger camaraderie through various team building games, reveled with great food and fellowship, while cooking and eating together.
