Elfindale Retirement Community Host Afterglow Reception

PictureCreekside hosted their seventh annual Springfield Symphony Afterglow reception on April 12, 2014. Over one hundred guests filled the dining room at Creekside to enjoy the many sweet and savory hors d’oeuvres. Crab stuffed mushrooms, chipotle apricots, garlic crusted shrimp, caprese baguettes, pecan tassies, strawberry wontons and banana foster made to order, were just a few of the hors d’oeuvres that were prepared by the dietary team at Creekside. Each table had white and black linens, with either purple or yellow tulips as the centerpieces. Several of the guests were overheard to say what a wonderful event, not only were the hors d’oeuvres wonderful but, the hospitality was exceptional.
